My 10 Favorite Healthy Kitchen Staples!
1. Banza Chickpea Pasta
I have always loved pasta. But I found out that my body doesn't react so great to gluten so I found this delicious alternative. It's pasta made from chickpeas and believe me that it's amazing! I love this stuff so much and There's always an extra box in my pantry because I can whip up a meal with pasta and veggies in about 10 minutes if I'm short on time!
2. Thrive Market Organic Lentils
Lentils are a great plant based protein you can use in a ton of meals! These meals include tacos, soups, chili, stew, etc. So make sure you grab a few cans so you can throw together a quick meal during the week.

Having some good old fashioned pasta sauce on hand is clutch for me. It can be used in so many different ways and there is basically no prep time required. Just open the jar and add to any meal.

These are a great on the go snack you can easily top with almond butter or hummus and hit the road. They are great for keeping your belly happy until your next meal and don't have all the processed ingredients that a lot of other snacks contain.

Chia seeds are a great superfood to easily add to your smoothies. You can make chia pudding or make a chia egg in place of a egg for a recipe. Adding chia seeds into your nutrition is going to do wonders for your gut and it's super quick and easy!
